What is Right with America and Some of What is Wrong

Lately, there has been a lot of criticism of America with the strongest criticism coming from our own organization, the Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA). America has been described in UUA media as having a structurally racist system, being a police state and more. While some of the criticism is warranted and serves an important role in motivating us to improve, there is a lack of balance: we hear only what is wrong. In this service I will outline a number of things that I see as right with America. At the end there will be time for you to say what you think about this.
